Physical Cards โ€“ Order Process

There is a 6-Step process to order, receive and activate AllGo Mastercard – see below for the step-by-step ordering guide.

Place your Order Online

Place your physical order online here. You need to upload a spreadsheet of recipients with each order (download the bulk delivery spreadsheet template here).

Please Note: your cards will be sorted in the order they appear on your order spreadsheet. To batch by Manager/Department, enter ……………………. ……..

Pass the Security Checks

All business clients need to pass regulatory security checks before an order can proceed (a process known as KYB or Know Your Business). This happens in the background based on the business information you provide on the order form.ย 

In some instances, you may be asked to provide additional information before the order can progress – we will let you know if this is the case.ย 

Please Note: We cannot issue your order invoice until these checks are successfully completed.

Receive Invoice by Email

Once you have passed the security checks, we will email you the order invoice, normally on the same day. The invoice will contain your Individual IBAN to pay into.

Each AllGo Mastercard client is allocated an individual routing IBAN to virtual segregate your funds from other client orders. These IBANs are either German (DE) or Danish (DK). When you pay your AllGo Mastercard invoice into your Individual IBAN, your funds get routed through your IBAN into the Mastercard Settlement Account in Bank of Ireland. So your IBAN is used only for payment routing and virtual funds segregation.

Pay Invoice by-

Bank Transfer only โ€“ your invoice will contain a unique IBAN to route your payment directly into your client wallet.

Please Note: Your unique IBAN will be a German (DE) or Danish (DK) one. Why is this?

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed following payment receipt as per the Physical Card order leadtimes below.

Bulk delivery of both standard and express orders is by overnight courier. You will receive the courier tracking number by email once your order is ready for dispatch.

Activation

ALL Mastercard Gift Cards must be registered and activated online by the card recipient. Before dispatch, AllGo will email an Activation Code to the order contact, which will need to be given to each card recipient for card activation.

To activate yourย Physical Gift Cardย โ€“

  1. Click the Cardholder Logon button on allgogiftcard.com
  2. Click Login or Create Account.
  3. In your account, go to My Cards, and click Add a Card.
  4. Enter your Card Details and yourย Last Nameย exactly as it appears on the card carrier and theย Activation Codeย provided to the order contact.

Physical Cards - Pricing

The basic cost for AllGo Mastercard Gift Cards is โ‚ฌ1 โ€“ โ‚ฌ5 per card, depending on the size of your order-

  • โ‚ฌ5 per card: Orders from โ‚ฌ10 – โ‚ฌ5,000
  • โ‚ฌ4 per card: Orders from โ‚ฌ5,001 – โ‚ฌ10,000
  • โ‚ฌ3 per card: Orders from โ‚ฌ10,001 – โ‚ฌ20,000
  • โ‚ฌ2 per card: Orders from โ‚ฌ20,001 – โ‚ฌ100,000
  • โ‚ฌ1 per card: Orders from โ‚ฌ100,001 – โ‚ฌ200,000
  • โ‚ฌ0 per card: Orders from โ‚ฌ200,001+

Physical Cards - Delivery Options

Bulk Delivery

This is the most common form of delivery. Your physical card order isย  delivered by overnight courier to your business location(s) for onward distribution to recipients. Cards can be grouped by manager/department.

  • โ‚ฌ25 per order (over 100 Cards)
  • โ‚ฌ40 per order (to UK or EU)

Important: AllGo Mastercard Gift Cards can only be delivered to the UK and most EU countries.

Individual Delivery

If you have remote staff, and you know their home addresses, we can send individual physical cards directly to them by post. For security, each card is locked to an Activation Code.

Minimum charge for individual delivery is โ‚ฌ35 (10 cards).

Order Portal

With our Order Portal, employees login to ordermygiftcard.com and order their physical gift card for posting to the address of their choice. For security, we email your staff with a personal PIN to access the order portal. This PIN also serves as each employeeโ€™s card Activation Code.

Minimum charge for Order Portal is โ‚ฌ275 (50 cards).

Personalised Message

Your message will be printed in black & white on the DL-sized card carrier inside each card envelope.

Your personalised message will replace the default greeting โ€œHi, here is your new AllGo Mastercard Gift Card.

Maximum personalised message length is 150 characters.

Company Logo

Your company logo will be printed in colour on the outside of each envelope.

You just need to provide us with a high res version of your logo in jpeg or png format (transparent background) and upload it on the order form.

Greeting Card

We will design and print a colour greeting card with your logo and message. Our greeting cards are DL size (99mm x 210mm) and are printed in colour on a single side.ย 

โ‚ฌ1.00 per card.
Minimum charge for Greeting Cards is โ‚ฌ200 (200 greeting cards).

Double-sided colour greeting cards are available for โ‚ฌ1.75 per card.ย

Branded Card Carrier

By default, each Gift Card is presented in an AllGo DL card carrier. This contains important info for the cardholder, including the cardโ€™s value printed on reverse side.

We can fully brand the outside of the card carrier with your company logo and colours. Adds 1 week to order lead times.

Cost: +โ‚ฌ1 per card.
Minimum charge for branded card carriers is โ‚ฌ200 (200 card carriers).

For Anti-Money Laundering purposes, all AllGo Mastercards must be assigned to a specified recipient – only this recipient will be able to activate their own card.

You can only pay your invoice by bank transfer. Each client has there own unique payment IBAN that is displayed at the bottom of your invoice.

Please Note: your unique IBAN will be a German (DE) or Danish (DK) one. Why is this?

When paying your invoice it is really important that you-

  1. Make sure your are paying into the IBAN at the bottom of the invoice – it may be NEW or different from previous orders!!!!
  2. Pay by standard SEPA bank transfer only – DO NOT use urgent or same-day transfer.
  3. Select either Germany or Denmark as the payee country (see the Bank Details on the bottom left of your invoice)
  4. Do NOT pay in Danish Krone, only in Euro.
  5. Pay the exact amount on your invoice or else your order will not funded and won’t be processed.
  6. Do NOT email us a remittance – once the funds are received, you will receive an email notification and we will start to process your order.

If you purchase cards on behalf of multiple companies, each will have their own unique IBAN.

If your online banking has transfer limits, you can make multiple transfers (even on different days) until the full amount of the invoice is paid.

No account or log in is required to place an order, all orders must be placed through our online order form (above). If you have placed an order before, our system will automatically associate your new order to your existing details!

For AML purposes, we require a named recipient for each card in your order. Only this named recipient will be able to activate and use their assigned card.
