How can I order a Replacement Card?

Replacement Cards

If you need to order a replacement card for your AllGo Mastercard, please complete the Replacement Card Request form

You will need to provide the card number for the card to be replaced. Physical card numbers can be found in your allgo.getmybalance.com Cardholder Account. Digital+ Card numbers can be found in your Get My eCard app (click here to find out how).

Once you have submitted the Replacement Card request, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we will update you regularly as we process your replacement card.
